To promote various programs and conduct community awareness campaigns to enhance preparedness for responding to medical emergencies in Southeast Missouri.
To provide, arrange for, or assist other non-profit organizations or public agencies in the acquisition of equipment and technology necessary to upgrade and maintain a state of readiness of Emergency Medical Services
